Trinity Grammar School

JPL Modular worked with ATCO Structures at Trinity Grammar School to install decant facilities for staff and students during their capital works and school refurbishment project. Set across two stages, nine
classrooms and two toilets blocks were delivered in Stage 1, accompanied by a further 23 classrooms and three toilet blocks in Stage 2.
Stage 1 took place across three days, with classrooms installed on the suspended slab roof of the schools newly constructed underground car park.
A dual crane lift was adopted to lift the modules from the road and across the schools main oval for minimal damage to the oval.
Stage 2 was installed in collaboration with the school’s capital works team, a post and rail system was installed on the main oval to hold all buildings in a single compound and reduce the need for remediation works at the end of lease. Again,
dual cranes were used for installation over a six day period.
Following from extensive planning, all works were delivered on time and to budget, a testament to the level of detailed planning and accountability exhibited by the team throughout.
