JPL can undertake geotechnical investigations, soil testing, and site surveys to provide a clear understanding of site conditions and recommend the most suitable foundation solution.

Once site conditions are established, JPL works with structural engineers to deliver a General Arrangement (GA) design incorporating any required rail systems and tie-downs.

JPL have invested in their own Torq-Hub and auger attachments so they are in complete control of the entire process. 

Rail systems provide a safer and more efficient solution for large buildings and heavy modules, spreading loads evenly and eliminating the risk of module creep across long building spans.

JPL generates a detailed installation report directly from its Torque Reporting Hub, providing a time and date stamp for every screw pile installed along with the achieved torque readings. This delivers a complete record of installation performance, giving clients confidence that foundation requirements have been met and fully documented.

​Upon completion, JPL provides all documentation required within its scope of works, ensuring a complete and compliant project handover with full installation records, certifications, and supporting reports.
