Timbrell Park - Community Sports Facility

The City of Canada Bay commissioned the replacement of a dated 1970s brick amenities building at Timbrell Park, located in Sydney’s Inner West. The objective was to deliver a modern, high-quality prefabricated facility that would cater to the diverse needs of the local community, sporting clubs, and park visitors.

JPL Modular was engaged to deliver two new state-of-the-art sporting facilities. Our scope included the seamless installation and integration of modular buildings, construction of a new BBQ area, and the fit-out of change rooms with custom partitions and bench seating. All internal finishes were completed on-site to ensure a turnkey solution, ready for immediate handover and public use.
