Knox Grammar

Knox Preparatory Grammar School in Wahroonga required a new 660m² Music Centre that would reflect the quality and aesthetics of a traditional in-situ build, while leveraging the speed and efficiency of modular construction. With a tight program to ensure the facility was ready for Term 1, the project demanded precision, innovation, and agility.

JPL Modular  was engaged to deliver the project and successfully overcame several complex challenges to meet the deadline and stakeholder expectations:​

• Restricted Access: Navigated tight logistics in a densely built suburban environment.
